Good and Bad Cholesterol Readings


Cholesterol is an oil based compound in all our cells that is a friend when in normal level and becomes a bane in higher concentrations. All cells need cholesterol for normal functioning. The person should be on empty stomach before taking the blood samples. Nothing should be eaten for 9-12 hours prior to the sampling.
